Hot Flow Yoga

You are expected to know the poses as they are called out during this faster-paced vinyasa class. Depending on the teacher, this class will include arm-balances, handstands, and headstands. A powerful mental and physical class. Think: sweaty.

Alternative Yoga

Alternative Yoga offers gentle breathing and fluid movements to encourage circulation and body awareness. Balancing postures will promote strength , courage and a deep sense of calm. Stay grounded and learn to soar! A chair in this class for balance and stability.

Yoga 1

This is a non-heated hatha based class, where proper alignment and breath integration are the foundation to the practice. You will learn each pose from the bottom up and gain a deeper understanding of your body and the practice of yoga. Think: balance, strength, sweet.

All Level Yoga

All-level yoga classes are appropriate for students at all levels of practice, including beginners. They will generally be MORE challenging than Yoga 1 classes. While it is advisable to have some yoga experience before attending classes, a fit beginner should be fine.
